Hi there, y’all — we’re the Walker family.
Down here on our little patch of earth in Tifton, Georgia, the days start early, the soil runs rich, and the sunshine has a way of kissing everything golden. We’re homesteaders at heart, tending this land with muddy boots, full hands, and grateful spirits.
On our farm, we grow what the seasons give — armfuls of produce, rows of flowers that sway in the breeze, and our pride and joy: gourmet mushrooms. Lion’s Mane with its soft, feathery glow… plump Oyster varieties in every shade… and the whimsical Coral Tooth that looks like it wandered out of a fairytale forest. They’re our specialty, our craft, and one of our favorite things to share.
Life here is lively — a couple of kids racing between the garden beds, animals calling for breakfast, and something always needing planting, picking, or preserving. But no matter how busy the day gets, there’s always a moment to lean in and breathe deep… to sniff a sun‑warmed tomato right off the vine or toss a handful of mushrooms into a sizzling pan.
This is our homestead. This is our rhythm. And we’re so glad you’re here to share a little of it with us.
